Est Living offers free shipping Australia-wide for orders over $150. Est Living will use reasonable endeavours to ship all orders as soon as received and will notify the customer of any delays straight away. Australia Post delivery time varies depending on your location within Australia, however all stock will be sent out as soon as the orders are processed.

We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
